1. Validity Period

All packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

This timeframe supports a healthy nail routine every 2–3 weeks.

Expired sessions cannot be extended, credited, or refunded.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

Packages are:

Non-refundable after purchase

Non-transferable (cannot be shared with friends/family)

Non-exchangeable for other services or cash value

3. For Returning Clients Only (If Applicable)

If the package includes complimentary removal, it applies only to returning clients who previously had their classic gel manicure done at Artonus.

Removals from other salons and enhancements removal from us carry an additional charge.

4. Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Package sessions follow our regular booking rules:

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early

Late arrival over 10 minutes may require service adjustment

Cancellations under 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of one session

No-shows will automatically forfeit one session

This maintains fairness to all clients and respects technician time.

Upgrades & Add-Ons

5. Package services include the listed items only.

Clients may upgrade at any time (add-ons such as callus treatment, nail art, soak-off from other salons, hand mask, color change, etc.), and the difference will be charged during checkout.

6. No Modifications to Package Structure

To keep pricing fair and consistent:

Sessions cannot be mixed, changed, or split into different services

Each session must be used as originally defined

Unused session portions cannot be carried over

7. Price Changes

Packages locked in at the purchase price remain valid until expiry.

Future price adjustments do not affect pre-purchased packages.

8. Client Agreement

By purchasing a package, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
