Thank you for choosing Artonus Nailsroom. By purchasing or using our Gift Cards, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

General Information

• Gift Cards are issued by Artonus Nailsroom and are valid for services and retail products offered at our studio.

• Gift Cards are treated as cash value and can be applied to eligible services, add-ons, and retail items.

Validity & Expiration

• Gift Cards do not expire and have no maintenance fees.

• Promotional, complimentary, or giveaway gift cards may have a separate expiration date stated on the card or in the promotion details.

Usage

• Gift Cards can be redeemed in-studio only.

• Gift Card must be presented (digital or physical) at the time of checkout.

• Gift Cards cannot be combined with certain promotions, membership discounts, or package deals.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Refunds & Exchanges

• All Gift Card sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the Gift Card is purchased.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Artonus Nailsroom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.

• Gift Cards will not be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen.

• Please treat your card like cash.

Balance Inquiry

To check your Gift Card balance:

• You may check your remaining balance online using our Gift Card Balance Checker or through your My Account page when logged in.

Partial Payments

• If the service total exceeds the Gift Card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.​

Fraud & Misuse

• Artonus Nailsroom reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Card use if fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.

Changes to Terms

• Artonus Nailsroom may update these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
