Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling - A card on file is required when booking. - Your card will only be charged if you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive too late to be accommodated. 2. Late Arrivals Please contact us if you are running more than 15 minutes late. We will try our best to hold your spot, but if we are unable to accommodate you, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a $25 late cancellation fee may apply. 3. No-Show Policy 100% of the total service will be charged for no-shows without prior notice (no call, no text). No exceptions. Repeated no-shows will result in a ban from future online bookings 4. No Refunds All sales are final—we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointment changes must be made online only. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a 50% fee of the total service
