OUR POLICY

Please take a moment to review our salon policies to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and staff.

1. Gel Services Only

We specialize in non-toxic gel services only. We do not offer regular polish or acrylic.

2. Scheduling

• A card on file is required when booking.

• Your card will only be charged if you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive too late to be accommodated.

• We do not offer fixes or fill-in services for first-time clients.

3. Late Arrivals

• Please contact us if you are running more than 10 minutes late.

• We will try our best to hold your spot, but if we are unable to accommodate you, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and a $25 late cancellation fee may apply.

4. No-Show Policy

• 100% of the total service will be charged for no-shows without prior notice (no call, no text).

• No exceptions.

• Repeated no-shows will result in a ban from future online bookings

5. No Refunds

• All sales are final—we do not offer refunds.

• If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.

• If issues arise within 48 hours, please contact us immediately to schedule a repair within 7 days.

• Issues reported after 48 hours will incur repair fees based on your original service.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointment changes must be made online only.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a 50% fee of the total service

7. Fix Policy

We offer complimentary repairs within 7 days if you notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. Eligible fixes include:

• Gel or polish chipping

• Breakage due to thin nails enhanced in our salon

• Any application-related issue Not included:

• Design/color/shape changes

• Damage from external force, nail biting, self-trimming, or trauma to the nail No refunds will be given for any repairs.

8. Service Upgrades

We will do our best to accommodate upgrade requests based on the day’s schedule.

However, changes made within 24 hours of your appointment are not guaranteed.

9. Nail Art

Browse our design collection for available options.

To request custom art, please upload your inspiration photo when booking.

Note: Prices for custom designs may vary and will be quoted during your pre-consultation or by your assigned technician.

10. Same-day Booking

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. It goes toward your total.

If you cancel, no-show, or arrive late and we are unable to accommodate you, the deposit will be forfeited.

Promotions or complimentary add-ons (e.g., free basic nail art with Signature Gel or Gel-X services) are not guaranteed for same-day bookings. Booking in advance is recommended to receive full benefits.

11. Appointment Confirmation

• A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment at least 12-24 hours in advance:

• With confirmation:

_ Your appointment will be held with priority.

_ If you're running late and notify us, we'll do our best to accommodate your delay or adjust time for any upgrades, depending on availability.

• Without confirmation:

_ If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be released and will be treated as a walk-in.

_ A delay or long wait may occur, and we cannot guarantee your original appointment.

_ A late cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply according to our policy.

12. Payment & Fees

• Displayed prices reflect cash payments.

• Venmo/Zelle: Subject to tax

• Card or Tap Payments: Subject to tax + transaction fee
