For first-time late cancellations, we offer a one-time courtesy option. Instead of the standard 50% late-cancellation fee, clients may choose to reschedule their appointment and receive a reduced flat $25 cancellation fee. This courtesy is only applicable when rescheduling to a new date and does not apply to full cancellations.
