Removal must be booked as an add-on to ensure proper timing and safe, careful product removal. If a client arrives needing removal without booking it and the schedule does not allow, the appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply.

A relaxing start to your pedicure that softens the skin and prepares your feet for care. “Cloud Foam” features a gentle bubbling soak, “Herbal Harmony” infuses herbal essence for calm and balance, while other services include a refreshing sea salt soak.

STEP 5: CUTICLE WORK

All services include basic dry cuticle care using e-file and precision nippers to safely remove dead skin and improve nail durability. Clients with thick, dry, or excessive cuticles will need an Extra Cuticle Care add-on to ensure longevity and proper results.

STEP 6 : CUT, SHAPE & BUFF

Our technician will trim and shape nails to your preferred length and shape. After shaping, the nail surface is lightly buffed to smooth ridges and ensure even polish application. Buffing is done conservatively to protect nail integrity while improving finish. This prepares the nail for a flawless, long-lasting polish.

STEP 8: CALLUS TREATMENT (Add-on)

A gentle, non-invasive add-on designed to soften and smooth rough heels without using harsh tools. We apply Fotologix callus softener, then carefully refine the area with a foot file and e-file technique. This treatment works progressively over 2–3 sessions to safely reduce buildup, preventing thick regrowth or skin damage often caused by cheese graters.
