Service Description
Our Monthly Design is a curated, ready-to-book nail art option featuring a pre-set design of the month. The photo displayed at booking reflects the style you will receive for this service. Clients may select their preferred base service to ensure accurate pricing and proper service time. Please note: The design photo is for reference only. Our technicians will replicate the design as closely as possible (please refer to our “Nail Art” policy for full details). You may customize color selections. To maintain scheduling accuracy, no additional nail art layers, effects, charms, or rhinestones can be added to this service.
Cancellation Policy
1. Appointment Confirmation To secure your appointment, please reply to our confirmation text or call within 48 hours of receiving the confirmation request. Your confirmation must be received no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments that remain unconfirmed within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be released and will no longer be guaranteed. 2. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is offered. If time allows, we will adjust the service to keep your appointment on schedule. More than 20 minutes late counts as a missed appointment. If enough time remains, we may shorten the service. Otherwise, we rebook you for the next open time. 3.Cancellation Cancel online any time up to 48 hours before your visit. After that, email us at artonusnailsroom@gmail.com. 4.Rescheduling Reschedule online any time up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, email us at artonusnailsroom@gmail.com. 5. No-show Missing an appointment without notice affects your booking access. After a no-show, future visits may be walk-in only or may require confirmation first. Repeated no-shows will result in restricted or denied future bookings.
