STEP 3: REMOVAL (add-on — please book in advance).

If you have an existing product on your nails, please add “Removal” to your booking so we can allow extra time. Our trained technician will remove the product gently with an e-file. For thicker systems (dip, acrylic, builder), we will carefully file them thinner first and then soak them off to protect the natural nail. Booking this as an add-on ensures the technician has the necessary time for a safe and thorough removal.
Note: If a client arrives needing removal without booking it and the schedule does not allow it, the appointment will be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply.

STEP 4: CUTICLE WORK

Accepted Answer

All services include basic dry cuticle care using e-file and precision nippers to safely remove dead skin and improve nail durability. Clients with thick, dry, or excessive cuticles will need an Extra Cuticle Care add-on to ensure longevity and proper results.

STEP 5 : CUT, SHAPE & BUFF

Our technician will trim and shape nails to your preferred length and shape. 
Tips:  If you prefer minimal filing or want to protect weakened nails, choose the Premium Ultra Bond Primer Gel Base add-on to enhance adhesion without heavy sanding.

STEP 6: POLISH

Accepted Answer

Choose your favorite color, and our technicians will polish it with clean, precise technique.
Tips:
– For regular polish clients or those resting their nails, add Nail Rehab or Nail Strengthening Polish as a base.
– For sensitive skin, allergies, pregnancy, or gel-reactive clients, choose TPO-Free Gel for a safer, non-irritating option.

STEP 7: DESIGN (Add-on)

Our nail art designs are grouped into five categories: Basic, Minimal, Moderate, Fantasy, and Intricate Art. Clients may browse our design menu, where each sample includes its exact price. Any modifications to a sample design will incur an additional +$5 per change (e.g., color change +$5, adding charms or gems +$5). If you prefer a fully custom design, our artists can create it based on your inspiration; however, exact replication cannot be guaranteed (approx. 70–80% accuracy), and pricing will be finalized upon completion.

STEP 8: HYDRATION & HOT TOWEL

Accepted Answer

To finish, we wrap your hands in a hot towel to relax skin and improve product absorption. Cuticle oil is applied to nourish the nail fold, followed by a hand cream to lock in moisture. This step restores hydration, leaving hands feeling soft and renewed.
