Service Description
Our Presta Application service allows you to choose a handcrafted Presta Nail set from our collection, add it to your cart, then book this application service with your preferred date and time. Your technician will prepare your selected Presta set in advance and apply it professionally at your appointment. Note: Presta Nails are not included in our fix policy. Retention varies depending on nail condition and how gently or roughly clients use their hands. All sales and services are final, no refunds
Cancellation Policy
1. Scheduling - A card on file is required when booking. - Your card will only be charged if you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive too late to be accommodated. 2. Late Arrival A 10-minute grace period is offered. If time allows, we will adjust the service to keep your appointment on schedule. Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a last-minute cancellation and will incur a 50% fee of the total service value. If sufficient time remains within your original appointment window, we will do our best to offer a shortened or partial service, or reschedule you later the same day if availability permits. However, the 50% fee still applies. If we are unable to accommodate you at all and must reschedule to another date, the 50% fee will still be applied. Please note: this fee is not a deposit and does not transfer to the new appointment. 3. No-Show Policy 100% of the total service will be charged for no-shows without prior notice (no call, no text). No exceptions. Repeated no-shows will result in a ban from future online bookings 4. No Refunds All sales are final—we do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns. If issues arise within 48 hours, please contact us immediately to schedule a repair within 7 days. Issues reported after 48 hours will incur repair fees based on your original service. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointment changes must be made online only. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the total service. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice will also incur a 50% fee of the total service
